Sales, Return, & Exchange
All Sales Are Final Policy. There are no returns on orders. Each item is shipped and inspected and will not be shipped with any defects.
Please be sure about your purchase before placing an order. We are certain you will not be disappointed in our products!
Items with custom sticker(s) are Final Sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. If an error has been made on your custom sticker(s), let us know by contacting us at info@flokw.com.
Please include order number, an image(s), and a description of the error. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
